You don’t have a loan officer typically send an updated pre approval letter at 9pm on a Friday night so we can put together an offer, but Chris made it happen!!!
Jackson and his team were great! Anytime, I would text Jackson a message, it would be late at night or the weekend he would respond in a timely manner. The fact he would respond so quickly was great because it was fresh on my mind and we could discuss my concern and he would immediately resolve my concern. A consummate professional!
