E-docs make the process quick and the concierge services make transitioning to a new home/area less stressful. A wealth of information about the loan process, credit and finances are available to keep the borrower well-informed. Overall a great learning experience with my lending team.

Buying a house can be overwhelming, but Karol team made it extremely exciting and easy. I am army active duty found a house online near to my duty station and wanted to buy it. Jennifer and Sarah were absolutely incredible. They turned what appeared to be Dunkirk feeling and true uncertainty going from a construction loan to a permanent mortgage into a seamless process.
