They were attentive, timely and processed my application quickly. The ease of signing documents through the app was very helpful and allowed me to connect and respond from anywhere. I appreciated the reminders and concierge support to ensure I didn’t miss important timelines. They were thorough and explained anything I was confused about in great detail. The level of customer service from all of the departments I connected with was excellent. I would recommend anyone to work with VU or just give them a call to hear what they offer when considering buying a home…you’ll be SOLD!!
Ran into a slight problem caused by me or my wife, as we misunderstood some info given to us. Otherwise, top-notch service by Felicia Solomon and her team. Jennifer Nelson was also very friendly and helpful. Kudos to her. Lots of paperwork. Necessary for our protection because of other people who are deceptive and fraudulent! Paperwork pertains to all lenders. I highly recommend the friendly and professional service of Veteran's United.
Felicia Solomon was great !!!! But as I said there is a lot of "sister company's" as they call themselves floating around this process that were pushy, went forward with house insurance without my authorization and auto insurance for Alabama and I'm not there yet !!! All out of the Cincinnati group insurance...bad, bad, bad
