Felicia Solomon was great !!!! But as I said there is a lot of "sister company's" as they call themselves floating around this process that were pushy, went forward with house insurance without my authorization and auto insurance for Alabama and I'm not there yet !!! All out of the Cincinnati group insurance...bad, bad, bad
