Our loan officer took a lot of extra time to answer all of our questions. He even gave up his office for us to find and print all of the paperwork we needed.
I greatly appreciated the feedback and communication throughout all stages of the loan process allowing us to make informed decisions quickly and accurately. Being able to complete much of the paperwork online greatly facilitated the process also.
