Ran into a slight problem caused by me or my wife, as we misunderstood some info given to us. Otherwise, top-notch service by Felicia Solomon and her team. Jennifer Nelson was also very friendly and helpful. Kudos to her. Lots of paperwork. Necessary for our protection because of other people who are deceptive and fraudulent! Paperwork pertains to all lenders. I highly recommend the friendly and professional service of Veteran's United.
