The myvu portal provided a streamlined and organized access point for everything involved with the loan process. With a document database and personalized objectives, I had everything I needed in one place including information for setting up utilities and movers.
After working with the Veterans United team, we would highly recommend them to anyone interested in securing a mortgage! VU has been astounding. They really go above and beyond. They made the house buying process so seamless. My VU team was behind me every step of the way. I am grateful for all they did for me.
Commutation was an issue I’m sure the team was busy but if I’m told I’ll get an answer or call from someone or at some time and there is no follow threw it does not give me a positive feeling. Three was a lot of extra in my case that the team had not delt with before, so I’ll give a rate I feel is fair.
