Ba da boom, ba da bing! The smoothest home loan experience one could ask for. Our loan officer was knowledgable, honest, respectful, and just so cool. They were always available to us both in person and digitally. There was never a question too silly or left unanswered. They collaborated so well with our relator, it felt like a cohesive team working towards the same goal, our goal. Using the online platform to sign and review documents was straight forward and designed for intuitive use. It kept us organized and would provide these little insights to make signing documents feel less scary.Our standards are now so high for any future home buying experiences.

Thanks to Veteran's United for taking care of the veterans. They always make the process super easy. Even our realtor and closing attorney appreciated how smooth the process and how so many documents are e-signed, making closing a lot more pleasureable!

From the application for pre-qualification all the way to closing, the process was soooo easy. A lot of work can be completed online through the portal which was great! Felecia or her staff kept us updated as things changed. Closing went very smooth without any hiccups.

VU offers competitive rates, but their loan officers seem to miss the mark on open and honest communication. Unfortunately you probably won't know your loan officer is a dud until its too late. If you can find a better offer or even one that is remotely close to VU somewhere else, take it and avoid the VU headaches.

Veterans United hires agents that make their customers feel special and honorary. While the tedious loan process was not easy, agents walked young us homebuyers through every step.
