I’ve dealt with Amy from the beginning, she and the team have exceeded my expectations every time. I constantly receive mail and text messages about refinancing and what I can get etc. I trust Amy to the point I just send a picture of the letter and let her tell me if it’s junk or not. His was diligent in making sure all my information got to the underwriters and helped me understand exactly what they were asking of me. Everything was fine for the most part. The only concern I had was some of the paperwork didn’t get updated until the last minute. This led to confusion over us providing a down payment, which needed more paperwork. This all occurred after cleared to close and led to delays in the final underwriting process. It did not affect our final timeline, but definitely added more stress at the end.
