Heather, with the Enterprise office, did an outstanding job getting us connected, getting our file organized, answering our questions, and keeping us apprised of any changes in rates or requirements that needed our attention. We sent any possible properties to her and she was quick to get us information we were missing or sticking points that would need addressed. We understand she moved on and likely up, but it was great to work with her. After she left we had concerns with the way our file was transferred and the communication surrounding that event. Once Chris got involved, things seemed to level out and our communication improved immensely. He went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied and was willing to step in and answer questions. Jennifer, as the loan coordinator, seemed overwhelmed initially, but got squared away quickly and was very helpful in the end.
