Felicia Solomon was exceptional. She went above and beyond in every way. She took the time to ensure that I understood everything about the process. Though I am sure she has many clients, I was always made to feel that I was the one. She was precise and efficient. Felicia is very proactive at solving any potential problems in a manner that ensures there are no problems. I would highly recommend her to anyone
