If I called and she was busy, she said she would call back in a few minutes, and she always did. She is extremely knowledgeable and very customer service oriented! I would HIGHLY recommend her, and Veterans United, to anyone that needs a home loan! We closed our loan in less than a month from start to finish (between Thanksgiving and Christmas) and would have closed a week sooner, but the closing attorney had a full schedule.
