After serving for 10 years in the United States Air Force, Loan Officer Keith Simon dove into a career in finance before finding his way to the mortgage industry in 2014. He is passionate about finding creative solutions for his borrowers, no matter how complex. Keith especially enjoys serving his fellow Veterans and service members by utilizing his VA Loan knowledge to help them home. Through continued education of the latest changes in technology and lending, he strives to always be a vital resource for his borrowers and partners alike. In his free time, you can find Keith exploring the town of Enterprise with his wife, Cindy, and coaching youth baseball!

I really appreciated all the time and energy Keith gave to us in terms of our loan and answering all the questions we had. I do feel as if some things could’ve been explained in more detail as this was our first ever time buying a home or even beginning this process, but we could’ve just asked more questions and I’m sure we would’ve gotten those answers from Keith. Keith really worked hard on taking care of getting us some credits for adjusting closing costs as certain things were out of our control throughout our home loan process and we are VERY appreciative for that.
Keith was easy to work with! Super quick responses and great communication all around. Answered every question I had and made the process as easy as it can be!
