Born and raised in Enterprise, Branch Manager Felecia is proud to call this town her home and is excited to help others plant their roots, too! With past experience in real estate, she offers a well-rounded viewpoint of the homebuying process. Felecia is driven to provide every borrower with reliable support throughout their entire journey. She strives to ensure everyone receives a level of service beyond their expectations - after all, that’s the Veterans United way! Outside of work, Felecia spends her time with her husband, Chris, and three children. Together, they enjoy outdoor activities like golfing, boating and camping!
Felecia was awesome. Johnny on the spot! She moved quickly and made the process as easy as possible.
Felecia Solomon was very helpful, accommodating and flexible. Especially considering I was overseas during most over the buying process.
I strongly recommend selecting a lender and agent with a reputable work ethic who will work diligently to ensure that you are able to close smoothly and on time. I do not recommend Felecia Solomon for her demonstrated inability to forecast requirements and enable ample time to accomplish tasks without dropping everything else in your life. We encountered numerous last minute “to-dos” including resubmission of financial documents and review of forms and disclosures the week of closing that were labeled as necessary to keep our closing date on track. Each night we would check off the to-dos generated for us that morning. Several of these requirements were completely foreseeable and should have been resolved prior to our week of closing (ie: Resubmission of bank statements and pay stubs). Veterans United also required the seller and appraiser to submit several documents which did not seem to be a concern or priority for Felecia to escalate or communicate with us. As a result, we missed our closing date, and then even missed the subsequent business day for closing as well. If you have an abundance of free time (aren’t working) and can drop whatever you’re doing when you receive a random email to do yet another task on the VU website, or if you’re looking for someone who will work banker’s hours and accomplish tasks, Felecia can do it. If you want an agent that will ensure you close on time and communicate on your behalf with you and others, I would advise finding a different lender.

Felecia was always only a text or phone call away. She answered the many, many questions I had, even before and after hours. She helped in any way she could and before we knew it, it was all said and done! Thank you very much for making our dream come true!
Felecia was the best. I probably aggravated her to death but every time I called her if she didn’t answer she would text me immediately and tell me when she would call me back. That is awesome customer service in my opinion.
Felicia was very responsive with answering questions and immediately addressing any concerns we had with the loan and closing process.
Felecia was ferocious in getting my VA Loan handled. She made it her life mission to close the deal. Truly awesome to work with.
Felicia was very helpful every step of the way. She got back to me in a timely manner every time. Felicia made purchasing a house (a usually stressful time) a breeze. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a house through the VA.
