I am aware that he did a lot of work behind the scenes for me; however, I will never know how hard he worked to help me build my credit score to accomplish homeownership. The concierge team assisted me with utility setup, a home security system, and moving information.

First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
