Each person played their role above and beyond what i could have expected. I worked with Kellen and Rebecca most of the process and i couldn't have asked for a better team!
I would recommend however, there are way to many hoops to jump thru. Many of them multiple times with the same information. The process needs to be streamlined. I understand the need to prevent fraud but what a pain.
