This process was as smooth as I could have imagined from start to finish. This being our first home, I had a lot of questions and concerns and they were always happily answered.
The whole process was very disorganized with little communication, next steps and what some terms mean. Additionally, there were several people calling to “set things up” when the closing was not even near.

From the very beginning of my VA loan application with Veterans United, Cory and Ashley did everything possible to make the approval and the closing of my loan go smoothly! I totally enjoyed working with them. the people at VU were great but as soon as I got my approval letter, I was bombarded with calls from companies that wanted me to refinance my (then) current mortgage. Then I realized that VU share's my data with 3rd party companies and that pissed me off.
Everyone was amazing and I will definitely recommend veterans united to anyone who ask. My only somewhat issue was the first person I spoke to was Dane and he was great but somewhere along the line I was switched to Jake and he was great but it was kinda confusing especially when you’re getting use to and comfortable talking with someone and then they kind of pass you off to someone.
