Veterans United hires agents that make their customers feel special and honorary. While the tedious loan process was not easy, agents walked young us homebuyers through every step.
Overall I had a pleasant experience with the buying process but I had a number of occasions where I had submitted documents and for some reason, they were not posted and I had to resubmit. It was my intent that whenever documents were requested I would submit them within 24 hours.
Being in this market as a buyer has been very stressful. I’ve made several offers on homes above asking price without success. We kept looking and Felecia and her team stuck with and supported us during a difficult time. The house we finally bought was the perfect house and Felecia and her team did everything possible to make the purchase as smooth as possible.
