Chris took the time to answer all our questions we had, and was very patient because there were many thrown his way. He always called us in a timely manner when he missed our call so we didn’t have to worry for to long to have our questions answered. We would recommend Chris to anyone! That is even thinking about going threw the home buying process.

Felicia and her team made it very easy to get everything started for the loan process. Even while one of us was still in Korea, we were able to upload documents and complete the document checklist. The whole process was seamless with the app to digitally upload and sync items. Felicia’s team was super helpful even when we asked to close 4 days early. The concierge portion, Gabby was a great asset in making sure we had information on utility companies, from power to internet. Great team of professionals, I would highly recommend Veterans United and Felicia’s team.
