Felicia and her team made it very easy to get everything started for the loan process. Even while one of us was still in Korea, we were able to upload documents and complete the document checklist. The whole process was seamless with the app to digitally upload and sync items. Felicia’s team was super helpful even when we asked to close 4 days early.
